Final Payment – Remaining 50%

(Due upon completion of professional development seminar)
Scope of Services
Alexander & Co. agrees to deliver the following services:

One (1) Tier II: Six Pillars to See Resiliency Professional Development Seminar

Format: In-person
-
Duration: Up to Three (3) hours
-
Audience: Bearcats Beyond the Bell staff (up to 25 participants)

Facilitator: Byron B.D. Alexander, CTRC-E
Seminar Content Includes:

Trauma-informed awareness and adult regulation
-
The Six Pillars to See Resiliency framework
-
Practical OST and classroom-aligned engagement strategies
-
Culture-building through consistent adult modeling
-
Applied scenarios, discussion, and reflection
Materials Provided
Alexander & Co. will provide:

Twelve (12) copies of the See Resiliency – Six Pillars Workbook (Adult Edition)
-
Customized planning and presentation materials aligned to the seminar objectives
Additional workbooks may be purchased at the standard rate upon request.
Investment & Payment Terms
Total Investment:

Professional Development Seminar (3 hours): $2,500
-
Workbooks (12 @ $27 each): $324
Total Agreement Amount: $2,824
Payment Schedule:

50% ($1,412) due upon execution of this MOU
(covers materials procurement, planning, and presentation setup) -
50% ($1,412) due upon completion of the professional development seminar
Payment shall be processed according to Bearcats Beyond the Bell’s standard financial procedures.
Scheduling & Logistics

Seminar date, time, and location will be mutually agreed upon in writing.

Bearcats Beyond the Bell will provide:

Suitable meeting space
-
Necessary technology (projector, screen, audio as applicable)
-
Staff attendance coordination
Roles & Responsibilities
Alexander & Co. Responsibilities:
-
Prepare and deliver the agreed-upon professional development seminar
-
Provide listed materials and facilitation
-
Conduct services in a professional, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive manner
Bearcats Beyond the Bell Responsibilities:
-
Execute this MOU and process payments per agreed terms
-
Submit W-9 documentation requirements to the financial department
-
Ensure staff participation and logistical readiness
Cancellation & Rescheduling
-
Any cancellation must be submitted in writing.
-
If cancellation occurs after materials have been purchased or preparation has begun, the initial 50% payment is non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible with reasonable notice.
